Stephen Decatur High School Week 1 Tough Guy Winner goes to Devin Waters junior running back and linebacker. Last Friday Devin rushed 25 times for 311 yards and 3 touchdowns and also had 10 tackles on defense with one tackle for loss and on pass break up. Decatur went on to win against Arcadia 58-20.
