Homecoming is a special time of the year for a football program. It’s a chance for former players and families to come back to their community that help prepare them for their future and see what positive things continue to shape the culture that was vital to fundamental success. This year’s 2017 contest placed a the Parkside Rams versus the Snow Hill Eagles. The Rams came out determine to Win the Day, a motto that was cultivated in a week when the Rams needed to rebound after a tough Salisbury City loss. Wadson Sincere, a 4 year member of the Rams, has always tried to push himself and his team to a higher level. Wadson, a defensive tackle, waited patiently for his opportunity and when given the chance played tough in the trenches. Using sound technique and pure grit, he fought off offensive lineman and made plays throughout the night. He caused a fumble and put the Rams in a position to score. The Rams showcased their talents against the eagles in an impressive 59 to 7 win. Look for the Rams to continue to improve this week versus South opponent Stephan Decatur.
