Parkside faced off against a very tough Easton team. Offensively the Rams (Parkside) and the Warriors (Easton) had explosive weapons at their disposal. Terriq Bivens and Nayel Oge combined for over 250 yards of offense on the ground along with 5 touchdowns between them. This week’s Tough Guy award though goes to a Defensive Player. Sophomore Brady Smith is a Mike linebacker and had his hands full on the defensive side for most of the evening. Rattling off 10+ tackles as well as two forced fumbles, 2 sacks 3 TFLs and 1 touchdown after a strip of an Easton offensive player for 99 yards. Brady displayed an attitude of a warrior. He was relentless throughout the entire game. Definitely looking for big things from this young man through the season.
