Maintaining Flexibility

I wanted to remind all of our followers on the importance of maintaining flexibility. Stretching your low back muscles, hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors, and piriformis muscles for 10 to 15 minutes 3-4 days per week will help improve flexibility and improve activities of daily living. If routine activities such as putting on socks and tying shoes are difficult and painful, a daily stretching routine may be all that is required to improve daily tasks.
