Josh Shaffer

Joshua Shaffer, PTA

Josh is a 2018 graduate from Delaware Technical Community College. He has been a resident and scholastic athlete in Sussex County for most of his life and takes pride in the opportunity to help provide service and care to the area that helped shape him into the clinician he is today. Josh enjoys aiding in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and neurologically impaired individuals.

Bobby Hammond Physical Therapist

Bobby Hammond, PT, DPT

To rehabilitate the patient Bobby believes the professional must treat with compassion, sincerity and be knowledgeable in his field. Bobby Hammond was raised here on the Eastern Shore, grew up within the Worcester County Public School System, graduated with a bachelors in exercise science from the Salisbury University in 2010, and went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2013 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. As someone who has received much from the Eastern Shore, he is eager to give back to the place that helped raise him. He recently fulfilled his last clinical rotation at University of Maryland, recently known as Kernan Hospital in the out-patient orthopedic and spinal cord unit. He has a focus on neurology and out-patient orthopedics.

Heather Little occupational therapy

Heather Little, PTA

Heather Little graduated with an Associates in Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Delaware Technical and Community College. Heather has clinical experience in neurological rehab., pediatrics, aquatic therapy, orthopedics, and sports rehab. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Maryland Chapter of APTA, and the sports section of the APTA. Heather’s areas of interests are neurology, orthopedic and sports rehab.


Dominick Policare, PT, DPT

Dominick Policare Graduated from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 and a Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Dominick is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is currently McKenzie A certified, seeking full certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. He also has a strong interest in manual therapy techniques and pain neuroscience education, having attended several lectures and continuing education courses by leading researcher Adrian Louw. Dominick believes patient education and understanding of their diagnoses is a vital part of the patient’s rehab course. Dominick’s hobbies include golfing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
