Go For A Walk!

With the excitement of the holidays and New Years right around the corner, many people are starting to think about some New Years Resolutions. Did you know the most common resolutions made every year are related to losing weight or living a more healthy life? While most think this means a drastic change in diet or going to the gym every day, I’m going to share some information that may both surprise and excite you.

The first place to start if you want to live a healthier life is by doing one very simple thing:
Go for a walk.

Just one 30min walk every day has numerous significant health benefits. Many of these benefits can be felt shortly after adding a walk to your daily routine.
