The coaching staff selected two young men as this weeks Atlantic Physical Therapy ” Tough Guys”. Each had outstanding efforts in Friday’s game vs. Cape Henlopen and the staff could not separate the two as far as contributions and spirit. Kiante’ Sturgis, a tailback and defensive back ran the ball 19 times for 127 yards and two touchdowns. He also made 3 unassisted tackles on defense. Kiante’ is a 5’7″ 150 pound sophomore.
Isaiah Morris , is a 5’5″ 145 pound nose tackle. Isaiah had 6 unassisted tackles and 2 assists along with a fumble recovery. He was constantly disrupting the Cape offense despite being tremendously outsized. Both players put forth outstanding efforts in the game against a very good Cape team and practice leading up to the game.
